摘要
随着电子商务的飞速发展,跨境电子商务也日益兴盛,在跨境电商中物流仓储是其中的关键环节。文章具体结合我国跨境电商海外仓储物流模式展开分析,结合成本问题、投资问题、货物选择问题以及人才配置问题展开分析,指出要通过科学选品,避免库存滞销;建设智慧物流,发挥海外仓储物流的时效性;要建立、健全物流仓储的相关制度,合理规避海外仓储的物流风险,并且通过寻求合作推进资源共享。
With the rapid development of e-commerce,cross-border e-commerce has also become increasingly prosperous,in which logistics warehousing is the key link.The paper specifically analyzes the overseas warehousing logistics model of crossborder e-commerce in China,and analyzes the problems of cost,investment,goods selection and talent allocation.It points out that it is necessary to avoid unsalable inventory through scientific selection,build smart logistics,and give full play to the timeliness of overseas warehousing logistics.We should establish and improve the relevant systems of logistics warehousing,reasonably avoid the risks of overseas warehousing logistics,and promote resource sharing through seeking cooperation.
