摘要
目的:分析计算机断层扫描(CT)、磁共振成像(MRI)扫描诊断颅内鞍区肿瘤的征象及诊断价值。方法:选取2018年10月—2022年10月我院收治的80例颅内鞍区肿瘤患者,所有患者均行CT以及MRI检查,以病理学结果作为诊断“金标准”,对比CT、MRI诊断颅内鞍区肿瘤的准确率以及征象表现。结果:经病理学检查确诊,80例患者中诊断为垂体瘤39例,占48.75%;颅咽管瘤13例,占16.25%;脑膜瘤17例,占21.25%;胶质瘤11例,占13.75%;对比CT、MRI检查方式在各颅内鞍区肿瘤分型诊断准确率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于CT检查,MRI诊断颅内鞍区肿瘤准确率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT与MRI用于检查颅内鞍区肿瘤诊断均具有良好临床诊断价值,但MRI检查颅内鞍区肿瘤准确率较高,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the signs and diagnostic value of computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of intracranial sella tumors.Methods A total of 80 patients with intracranial sellar tumors in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2022 were selected.All patients underwent CT and MRI examinations.The pathological results were used as the"gold standard"for diagnosis.The accuracy and signs of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of intracranial sellar tumors were compared.Results The diagnosis was confirmed by pathological examination.Among the 80 patients,39 cases were diagnosed as pituitary tumors,accounting for 48.75%;13 cases of craniopharyngiomas,accounting for 16.25%;17 cases of meningiomas,accounting for 21.25%;11 cases of gliomas,accounting for 13.75%;Comparing CT and MRI examination methods in the classification accuracy of intracranial sellar area tumors,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared with CT examination,MRI diagnosis of intracranial sellar area tumors has a higher accuracy rate.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both CT and MRI have good clinical diagnostic value for the diagnosis of intracranial sellar tumors.However,MRI has a high accuracy in detecting intracranial sellar tumors and is worthy of clinical promotion.
