摘要
目的:探讨对甲状腺结节患者分别给予二维超声以及彩色多普勒超声诊断后获得的临床效果。方法:选取济宁市兖州区人民医院于2020年3月—2022年5月收治的80例甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象。临床对同一批患者分别展开二维超声诊断、彩色多普勒超声诊断,在将术后病理诊断作为金标准前提下,就两种方法诊断甲状腺良恶性结节结果展开比较。结果:对80例甲状腺结节患者完成术后病理检查后,甲状腺恶性结节患者30例(37.50%),甲状腺良性结节患者50例(62.50%)。对80例甲状腺结节患者完成二维超声检查后,甲状腺恶性结节患者17例(21.25%),甲状腺良性结节患者63例(78.75%);对80例甲状腺结节患者完成彩色多普勒超声检查后,甲状腺恶性结节患者29例(36.25%),甲状腺良性结节患者51例(63.75%)。二维超声检查甲状腺结节患者诊断特异度86.00%(43/50)、灵敏度33.33%(10/30)、准确度66.25%(53/80);彩色多普勒超声检查甲状腺结节患者诊断特异度98.00%(49/50)、灵敏度93.33%(28/30)、准确度96.25%(77/80);彩色多普勒超声检查甲状腺结节患者各诊断效能均高于二维超声(P<0.05)。彩色多普勒超声诊断价值评分以及显影质量评分显著高于二维超声(P<0.01)。结论:临床对甲状腺结节患者在实施疾病诊断期间,二维超声应用后,存在一定的缺点。在此种情形下,为确保疾病可以获得更好的筛查,彩色多普勒超声用于甲状腺良恶性结节诊断,可将疾病诊断效能显著提高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in patients with thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 80 patients with thyroid nodule admitted to Yanzhou District People's Hospital of Jining City from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected as subjects.Two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis and color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were performed in the same group of patients respectively.Under the premise of taking postoperative pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the results of the two methods in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were compared.Results After the pathological examination of 80 patients with thyroid nodule,30 patients with malignant thyroid nodule(37.50%)and 50 patients with benign thyroid nodule(62.50%)were completed.After two-dimensional ultrasound examination of 80 patients with thyroid nodules,17 patients(21.25%)had malignant thyroid nodules and 63 patients(78.75%)had benign thyroid nodules.After the completion of color Doppler ultrasonography in 80 patients with thyroid nodules,29 patients(36.25%)had malignant thyroid nodules and 51 patients(63.75%)had benign thyroid nodules.The diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasonography for thyroid nodule patients were 86.00%(43/50),33.33%(10/30)and 66.25%(53/80).The diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of patients with thyroid nodules detected by color Doppler ultrasound were 98.00%(49/50),93.33%(28/30)and 96.25%(77/80).The diagnostic efficacy of color Doppler ultrasonography in thyroid nodule patients was higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasonography(P<0.05).Compared with two-dimensional ultrasound,the diagnostic value score and development quality score of color Doppler ultrasound showed significant improvement(P<0.01).Conclusion There are some shortcomings in clinical diagnosis of thyroid nodule patients after two-dimensional ultrasound application.In this case,in order to ensure better screening of the disease,color Doppler ultrasound can be used to diagnose benign and malignant thyroid nodules,which can significantly improve the diagnostic effectiveness of the disease.
