摘要
目的研究舒适护理对剖宫产产妇睡眠质量、术后舒适度的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月本院产科收治的剖宫产产妇95例为本研究病例,采用随机数字表法将95例病例分为两组(对照组、观察组),其中对照组对产妇实施常规护理干预,观察组对产妇实施舒适护理干预,护理结束后对比两组睡眠质量、术后舒适度、护理满意度差异。结果(1)观察组患者术后排气恢复、排便恢复及肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组术后泌乳始动时间短于对照组,48 h泌乳量充足率高于对照组,乳房胀痛率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组术后2 h、6 h、12 h、24 h舒适度评分均高于对照组,组内不同时间点比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)观察组术后1 d、3 d、7 d睡眠质量PSQI评分均低于对照组,组内不同时间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)观察组患者护理满意度为97.87%,明显高于对照组护理满意度(81.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇实施舒适护理有助于加快术后胃肠功能恢复,促进泌乳,提升产妇术后睡眠质量,提升其术后舒适度,且患者满意度更高。
Objective To study the effect of comfort nursing on sleep quality and postoperative comfort of cesarean section women.Methods Ninety-five cases of cesarean section women admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study cases,and 95 cases were divided into two groups(control group and observation group)by random number table method.Among them,the control group performed routine nursing intervention on the pregnant women,and the observation group performed comfort nursing intervention on the pregnant women.After nursing,the differences in sleep quality,postoperative comfort and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results(1)The recovery time of exhaust,defecation and bowel sounds in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).(2)The starting time of postoperative lactation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the adequacy rate of 48 hours lactation was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of breast swelling and pain was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The scores of comfort in the observation group at 2 hours,6 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after operation were higher than those in the control group,and the difference at different time points in the group was also statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The PSQI score of sleep quality in the observation group on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation was lower than that in the control group,and there was also statistically significant difference at different times in the group(P<0.05).(5)The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 97.87%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.25%,P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing for cesarean section parturients is helpful to accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation,promote lactation,improve the sleep quality of parturients after operation,and improve their postoperative comfort,and the patient satisfaction is higher.
