摘要
目的探讨JCI标准运用于新生儿护理工作中对降低不良事件发生率的效果。方法选择2020年1月至2023年1月于我院出生的新生儿80例作为研究对象,按照出生时间先后顺序进行分组,对照组(40例,2020年1月至2021年12月)新生儿采取常规模式护理干预;观察组(40例,2022年1月至2023年1月)新生儿落实JCI标准开展护理干预,分别记录两组新生儿出现护理不良事件的具体情况,统计总发生概率。对两组新生儿护理质量进行评估,对比组间评分差异,调查各组新生儿家属对此次护理干预工作的满意度情况。另外,评估两组新生儿护理前后生存质量。结果观察组新生儿通过落实JCI标准护理干预后,发生护理不良事件的总概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。经评估显示,观察组环境质量、护理操作质量、服务态度质量、规范性质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿家属表示对护理人员病房环境满意度、业务能力满意度、职业素质满意度、岗位责任满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,观察组新生儿护理干预后生存质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对新生儿落实JCI标准开展护理干预能够有效降低不良事件的出现,提高护理质量,建立护理人员与家属间的良好关系,促进新生儿健康成长。
Objective To explore the effect and influence of JCI standard on reducing adverse events in neonatal nursing.Methods A total of 80 newborns born in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objective,and were divided into groups in chronological order of birth.The control group(40 newborns born from January 2020 to December 2021)received routine nursing intervention.The observation group(40 newborns born from January 2022 to January 2023)implemented JCI standards for nursing intervention,and recorded the specific situations of nursing adverse events in the two groups of newborns,and counted the total probability of occurrence.Evaluate the quality of neonatal nursing of the two groups,compare the difference of scores between the groups,and investigate the satisfaction of the family members of each group with the nursing intervention.In addition,the quality of life of the two groups before and after neonatal nursing was evaluated.Results The total probability of nursing adverse events in the observation group after implementing JCI standard nursing interventions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After evaluation,it was found that the environmental quality,nursing operation quality,service attitude quality,and normative quality of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The family members of newborns in the observation group expressed higher satisfaction with the nursing staff's ward environment,professional ability,professional quality,and job responsibilities compared to the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the quality of life scores of the observation group after neonatal nursing intervention were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing JCI standards for nursing interventions in newborns can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve nursing quality,establish good relationships between nursing staff and family members,and promote the healthy growth of newborns.
