摘要
采用专利导航分析的方法,通过在incopat全球专利数据库中检索红栓菌产业相关主题专利数据,对数据进行筛选、去噪、标引,统计红栓菌产业专利申请情况,并具体分析红栓菌菌种的获取及鉴别、提取物分离及效用、红栓菌应用研究情况。指出我国红栓菌产业目前正处于产业化发展的起步阶段,相关上下游产业配套尚不成熟,培养和机理研究以高校为主,应用研究主要为企业,相关专利较少且有效率不高。提出红栓菌技术研究和专利布局的建议。
Using the method of patent analysis to analyze the applicants,inventors,and patent layout of trametes sanguinea industry patents one by one by retrieving the relevant subject patent data of trametes sanguinea industry in the incopat global patent database,and screening,denoising,and indexing the data,and specifically analyzes the acquisition and identification of the strains,the separation and preparation of extracts,and the application of trametes sanguinea,showed that:the industry of Trametes cinnabarina in China is currently in the initial stage of industrialization development.The relevant upstream and downstream industries are not yet mature,and the cultivation and mechanism research are mainly focused on universities,while the application research is mainly focused on enterprises.The relevant patent layout is less and inefficient.In summary,suggestions on the technology research of Trametes cinnabarina and patent portfolio are put forward.
