套管居中度计算模型改进与应用

A model to calculate casing standoff:Improvement and application

摘要 套管居中度是影响固井质量的关键因素,提高套管居中度不仅可以提高固井顶替效率和固井质量,还能降低下套管阻力,确保套管顺利下放到位。为提高套管居中度的计算精度,针对标准模型未考虑套管内外液体密度差和套管扰度的问题,改进浮力和套管扰度计算,将改进模型、标准模型、国外公司模型、成像测井等4种方式计算或测量得到的套管居中度结果进行7口井的对比分析。研究结果表明:(1)改进模型与标准模型相比,单井计算误差从7.12%~36.92%降为1.19%~25.78%,平均误差从18.56%降为10.51%,改进模型比标准模型提高了套管居中度计算精度;(2)改进模型与成像测井、国外公司模型相比,得到的套管居中度结果尚有一定差距;(3)建议继续开展套管居中度计算模型的研究,进一步提高套管居中度计算精度,加强固井设计中套管扶正器的优化设计可靠性。 With regard to casing,its standoff is a key factor affecting cementing quality.To scale up this factor can not only increase both displacement efficiency and quality of cementing but decrease casing’s running resistance to ensure a smooth running.However,the standard model does not take differences of fluid density inside and outside the casing and the casing deflection into consideration.So,calculations of buoyancy and deflection were improved in an effort to raise an accuracy to calculate the standoff.In addition,individually measured from the improved model,standard model,models developed by foreign companies and imaging logging,the standoff for 7 wells was contrasted.Results show that(i)compared with the standard model,the single-well error inferred from the improved model falls to 1.19%–25.78%from 7.12%–36.92%,and the average error from 18.56%to 10.51%,indicating a heightened accuracy in standoff calculation;(ii)the standoff from the improved model is less satisfactory compared with that from imaging logging and models used in foreign companies;and(iii)more efforts should be made on the improved model for computing the standoff to further improve the calculation accuracy and thereby strengthen the reliability of casing centralizer in cementing design.
