摘要
目的探讨胚胎致密化开始时间和细胞数对胚胎发育潜能的预测价值。方法使用延时成像(TLI)技术记录发育到囊胚期的203枚胚胎。根据胚胎致密化开始前细胞数划分为4~6细胞、7~9细胞、10~12细胞、13~15细胞、16~18细胞5个组,比较5组的胚胎发育情况;根据Gardner分级将囊胚分为可用囊胚组和不可用囊胚组,比较同细胞数阶段下两组囊胚的致密化开始时间;比较在第4天(D4)单胚移植妊娠组与非妊娠组的胚胎致密化开始时间和细胞数。结果胚胎致密化开始于10~12细胞和13~15细胞的可用囊胚形成率显著高于4~6细胞、7~9细胞和16~18细胞(P<0.05)。可用囊胚的致密化开始时间显著早于不可用囊胚致密化开始时间(P<0.05),且可用囊胚在在7~9细胞、10~12细胞以及13~15细胞阶段的致密化开始时间均显著早于不可用囊胚(P<0.05)。D4单胚胎移植妊娠组的胚胎致密化开始集中在10~15细胞阶段;致密化开始时间早于未妊娠组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论在10~15细胞阶段开始致密化的胚胎有更好发育潜能,且发育潜能高的胚胎致密化开始的时间较早。
Objective:To investigate the prediction value of start time of embryo compaction and cell number on embryonic development potential.Methods:Time-lapse imaging(TLI)was used to record the development process of 203 embryos to the blastocyst stage.According to the number of cells before the start of embryo compaction,the embryos were divided into five groups:4-6 cells,7-9 cells,10-12 cells,13-15 cells,and 16-18 cells,and the embryonic development of the five groups were compared.According to the Gardner scoring criteria,the embryos were divided into the two groups:available and unavailable blastocyst groups.The start time of embryo compaction of blastocysts at the same cell number stage were compared between two groups.The start time and cell number of embryo compaction on Day 4 in single embryo transfer were compared between the pregnancy group and the non-pregnancy group.Results:The available blastocyst formation rate of embryo with the compaction starting time from 10-12 cells and 13-15 cells was significantly higher than that of 4-6 cells,7-9 cells and 16-18 cells(P<0.05).The start time of compaction of available blastocyst was significantly earlier than that of unavailable blastocyst(P<0.05).The start compaction time of available blastocyst at 4-6 cells,7-9 cells and 13-15 cells stage was earlier than that of unavailable blastocyst.Embryo compaction of single embryo transfer on Day 4 in pregnancy group concentrated in the 10-15 cell stage.The start time of embryo compaction of pregnancy group was earlier than that in non-pregnant group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The embryos that start to compaction at 10-15 cell stage have better developmental potential,and the embryos with high developmental potential start to compaction earlier.
