摘要
目的 探讨加味滋培汤联合穴位推拿疗法对脾胃阴虚型小儿厌食症胃肠激素、食欲调节因子及血清微量元素水平的影响。方法 选择2020年3月至2021年3月收治的200例脾胃阴虚型厌食症患儿,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施加味滋培汤联合穴位推拿疗法。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组的胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)水平高于对照组,纤维粘连蛋白(FN)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的神经肽Y、促人生长激素腺释放肽水平高于对照组,瘦素水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的铁、锌、硒水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 加味滋培汤联合穴位推拿疗法能显著改善脾胃阴虚型厌食症患儿的胃肠激素、食欲调节因子及血清微量元素水平。
Objective To explore the effects of Jiawei Zipei decoction combined with acupoint massage therapy on gastrointestinal hormones,appetite regulators and serum trace elements levels in children with anorexia of spleen and stomach Yin deficiency.Methods Two hundred children with anorexia of spleen stomach Yin deficiency admitted from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received Jiawei Zipei decoction combined with acupoint massage therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of motilin(MOT)and gastrin(GAS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of fibronectin(FN)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of neuropeptide Y and ghrelin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of leptin was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of iron,zinc and selenium in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Zipei decoction combined with acupoint massage therapy can significantly improve the levels of gastrointestinal hormones,appetite regulators and serum trace elements in children with anorexia of spleen and stomach Yin deficiency.
