传统的人事档案由手工管理方式向信息化、数字化方向转变,是组织人事工作创新的大势所趋。日常档案业务告别传统的手工收集、整理、归档等档案管理方式,实现浏览、借阅、查阅、统计等功能全流程在线管理,为人力资源开发、利用管理提供实时有效依据,提高人事档案管理工作效率,降低人为工作的错误率,促进人事档案管理迈上新台阶。
Traditional personnel archives'change from manual management to informatized and digital direction is an inevitable trend of innovation in the organization of personnel work.The daily archives business bids farewell to the traditional manual collection,sorting,archiving and other archives management methods,and the online management of the whole process of browsing,borrowing,consulting and statistics is realized,providing real-time and effective basis for the development,utilization and management of human resources,improving the efficiency of personnel archives management,reducing the error of human work and promoting the innovation of personnel archives management to a new level.
