摘要
针对油轮锅炉蒸汽压力控制系统延迟大、非线性强、控制信号反应慢的问题,以油轮锅炉蒸汽压力稳定度、燃油消耗率为适应度函数,通过蚁群算法优化模糊PID控制算法的隶属度函数及模糊控制规则,提升控制系统的控制性能,实现节能减排的目标。这里分析了控制系统的结构及工作原理,采用机理分析及参数辨识的方法,在考虑负荷变化的前提条件下,以油轮锅炉蒸汽压力系统为被控对象,建立了控制系统的数学模型。通过闭环仿真控制实验对比分析,改善了控制系统的动态性能和稳态性能。
Aiming at the problems of long delay,strong non-linearity and slow signal response of oil tanker steam pressure control system,the control performance of the control system is improved and the goal of energy saving and emission reduction is achieved,taking the steam pressure stability and fuel consumption of oil tanker as fitness function,by using colony algorithm to improve the membership function and fuzzy control rules of the fuzzy PID control algorithm.It analyzes the structure and working principle of the control system,adopts the method of mechanism analysis and parameter identification,and takes the oil tanker boiler steam pressure system as the controlled object under the premise of considering the load change,and establishes the mathematical model of the control system.Through the comparative analysis of closed-loop simulation control experiments,the dynamic performance and steady-state performance of the control system are improved.
