摘要
劳动力市场结构与生产地理学的分析视角为研究劳动力市场空间的性别分工提供了进路。以劳动力市场性别分工的空间实践为基础,围绕社会关系与空间组织、生产空间结构与地理不平等以及劳动力市场的性别空间分工、空间化过程,探讨两性如何基于不同策略展开空间组织,形成性别化劳动力市场空间,可以进一步揭示空间组织、空间结构与主体相互作用下空间建构的过程。男性中心的性别意识与父权文化通过空间规训、性别意识形态、公私空间分异区分了两性的空间实践逻辑,经由男性空间宰制与女性空间退出的空间实践确立了男性垄断与女性排斥的空间规则,实现了男性中心与女性边缘的性别空间再生产并不断得到强化。
The analytical perspective of labor market structure and production geography provides an approach for studying the gen⁃der division of labor market space.Based on the spatial practice of gender division in the labor market,focusing on social relations and spatial organization,production space structure and geographical inequality,as well as the gender spatial division and spatialization process of the labor market,this paper discusses how the two sexes develop spatial organization based on different strategies and form gender labor market space.It further reveals the process of spatial construction under the interaction of spatial organization,spatial structure and subjects.The male-centered gender consciousness and patriarchal culture differentiate the spatial practice logic of the se⁃xes through spatial discipline,gender ideology,and public-private space differentiation.Through the spatial practice of male space domination and female space withdrawal,the spatial rules of male monopoly and female exclusion are established,the male-centered and female-edged gender space reproduction is realized and constantly strengthened.
