摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定河流底泥中钴、钼、锑、铊的含量。选用硝酸-双氧水-氢氟酸体系进行河流底泥的微波消解,利用内标铑和铼进行在线校正,并用动能歧视碰撞模式消除测定干扰。钴、钼、锑、铊的质量浓度在1~100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9997,检出限为0.009~0.021 mg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.2%~5.2%(n=6),样品加标回收率为80.0%~93.2%。该方法可为河流底泥测定提供技术参考。
The content of cobalt,molybdenum,antimony and thallium in river sediment was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The system of nitric acid-hydroxygen peroxide-hydrofluoric acid was selected for the microwave digestion of river sediment,rhodium and rhenium were used as the internal standard for online calibration,and the interference in determination was eliminated by kinetic discrimination collision mode.The mass concentrations of cobalt,molybdenum,antimony,and thallium had good linear relationships within the range of 1-100μg/L,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.9997,the detection limit was 0.009-0.021 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation was 1.2%-5.2%(n=6),and the recovery rate of sample spiking was 80.0%-93.2%.This method can provide technical reference for the determination of river sediment.
