Quality Management of Pharmacists Participating in the Implementation of Chemotherapy Drugs in Intravenous Infusion Centers and Analysis of their Intervention Effects on Medical Order Review

摘要探究了药物配置环节质量管理在静脉用药调配中心化疗药物配置中的应用效果分析。随机抽取河池市第一人民医院静脉用药调配中心2021年12月—2022年12月期间开具的1200组化疗药物医嘱进行分析,其中,实施药物配置环节质量管理前的600组医嘱作为参照组,实施药物配置环节质量管理后的600组医嘱作为研究组,比较两组化疗药物配置管理质量、医嘱不良事件发生情况及药物配置输液成品情况。结果显示,研究组在审核制度、药品、安全等方面的管理质量评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组医嘱不良事件总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组不良药物配置输液成品情况总出现率低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,静脉用药调配中心在化疗药物配置期间实施环节质量管理,能有效提高化疗药物配置效率,还有助于避免各种医嘱不良事件的发生,减少不良药物配置输液成品情况的出现,提高输液质量。 This paper explored the application and effectiveness analysis of quality management in the drug configuration process in the intravenous drug dispensing center’s chemotherapy drug configuration.Randomly select 1200 sets of chemotherapy drug orders issued by the intravenous drug dispensing center of our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 for analysis.Among them,600 sets of medical orders before the implementation of drug dispensing quality management were used as the reference group,and 600 sets of medical orders after the implementation of drug dispensing quality management were used as the research group.The comparison of the quality of chemotherapy drug dispensing management,occurrence of adverse events in medical orders,and the situation of drug dispensing infusion products between the two groups showed that:,The management quality scores of the research group in terms of audit system,drugs,safety,etc.were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse events on medical orders in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The overall occurrence rate of adverse drug configuration of infusion products in the research group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that the implementation of quality management in the intravenous drug dispensing center during the chemotherapy drug dispensing period can effectively improve the efficiency of chemotherapy drug dispensing,avoid various adverse events of medical orders,reduce the occurrence of adverse drug dispensing of infusion products,improve infusion quality.
