摘要
探究了超声检查应用于老年退行性心脏瓣膜病诊断中的临床价值。抽取2022年1月—2023年1月期间接受超声检查的退行性心脏瓣膜病的老年患者,总计50例,作为试验组。另选取同期健康体检者,作为参照组,共50例。所有受检者均行超声检查,评析各组检查结果。结果显示,试验组各项数值均高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组总计检出37例,检出率为74.00%,参照组共计检出15例,总检出率为30.00%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。研究发现,超声检查的应用,利于提高老年退行性心脏瓣膜病的诊断准确性,可明确疾病分型,掌握心脏瓣膜、心脏瓣环参数情况,值得在临床应用。
Explored the clinical value of evaluating ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of elderly degenerative heart valve disease.A total of 50 elderly patients with degenerative heart valve disease who underwent ultrasound examination from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the experimental group.A total of 50 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the reference group.All subjects underwent ultrasound examination and the results of each group were evaluated.The results showed that the experimental group had higher values than the reference group(P<0.05).A total of 37 cases were detected in the experimental group,with a detection rate of 74.00%.A total of 15 cases were detected in the reference group,with a total detection rate of 30.00%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of ultrasound examination is beneficial for improving the diagnostic accuracy of elderly degenerative heart valve disease,and can also clarify disease classification,grasp the parameters of heart valves and valve rings,indicating that this diagnostic form is worthy of clinical application.
