机械专硕“精密制造技术”课程案例库建设探讨 被引量:5

摘要 案例教学可有效提升机械工程专业学位研究生理论及创新实践能力。在分析《精密制造技术》课程特点及案例选取原则基础上,探讨了《精密制造技术》案例库的建设思路及框架结构,通过对课程内容的讨论,初步构建了包括精密切削技术、精密磨削技术、激光加工、电加工技术、增材制造等专题的教学案例库。通过难加工材料整体构件精密电火花加工典型案例的设计及实施,有力地促进了理论与实际相结合,提高了教学质量,进而助力研究生拓宽专业视野,以达到培养复合型、应用型人才的目的。 Case teaching can effectively improve the theoretical,creative and practical ability of the professional degree postgraduate majoring in mechanical engineering.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the course Precision Manufacturing Technology and the principle of case selection,this paper discusses the construction thought and framework of the case base of Precision Manufacturing Technology.Through the discussion of the course content,a teaching case library including precision cutting technology,precision grinding technology,laser processing,electric processing technology,additive manufacturing and other topics has been initially constructed.Through the design and implementation of typical cases of precision EDM technology for closed integral component of difficult-to-cut materials,it effectively promotes the combination of theory and practice,improves the teaching quality,and further helps professional degree postgraduate broaden their professional perspective,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating interdisciplinary&application-oriented talents.
