摘要
软段的结构与组成对聚氨酯(PU)的性能有较大影响。采用聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)/聚醚酯二醇(PEEG)复合软段,2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷(MOCA)为硬段制备了不同软段混合比例的PU弹性体试样。红外光谱(FTIR)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、差式扫描量热法(DSC)、动态力学性能(DMA)测试结果表明,随PEEG含量增加,PU中硬段含量下降,羰基氢键度降低、硬段相形成长程有序能力下降,损耗因子tanδ增加。PU主链中酯基增加,抵消了硬段含量下降的部分影响,PEEG含量为40%时,PU的硬度为82 A,拉伸和撕裂强度保持在较高值,分别为31.9 MPa和60.5 kN/m,损耗因子tanδ由0.273提高到0.385。制备的金属轮毂/PU复合结构滚轮通过耐久性检测,承载能力达到130 kg。可为高载荷、动态条件下使用的PU制品研制提供借鉴。
The structure and composition of soft segment had a great influence on the properties of polyurethane(PU)elastomer.The composite soft segment of polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol(PTMG)/polyether ester glycol(PEEG)was used to prepare PU elastomer samples with different soft segment mixing ratios,using 2,4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI),3,3′-dichloro-4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane(MOCA)as the hard segment.The test results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),atomic force microscope(AFM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)show that with the increase of PEEG,the hard segment contents in PU decreases,the hydrogen bond degree of carbonyl group and the long range order ability of hard segment phase formation decrease.But the loss factor tanδincreases with the increase of PEEG contents.The ester group in the main chain of PU increases,which partially offsets the influence of the decrease of hard segment contents.When the PEEG content is 40%,the hardness of PU is 82 A,and the tensile and tear strengths remain at a high value,31.9 MPa and 60.5 kN/m,respectively,and the loss factor tanδincreases from 0.273 to 0.385.The bearing capacity of the prepared metal wheel hub/PU composite structure roller has reached 130 kg through durability testing,which may provide reference for the development of PU products used under high load and dynamic conditions.
