摘要
种植义齿是一种缺牙修复的方法。新型影像学检查手段的不断出现,被广泛地应用临床中,提升了口腔种植治疗的水平,推动了缺牙修复技术的进一步发展。锥形束CT(CBCT)的应用是口腔影像学检查的飞跃,是目前一种先进且普及的影像学检查方法。该方法拥有高分辨率和低伪影以及使用方便等优点,可以为临床医生开展术前评估工作,制订科学的治疗方案,对手术与后期修复进行模拟,保证种植导板和术后复查评估的效果。通过这样的方式,进一步提升临床口腔疾病患者的治疗效果,实现提高患者生活质量的目标。因此,本文对口腔种植中CBCT临床应用进展进行综述,研究CBCT的成像原理、应用性能、解剖位置、骨质密度及辅助效果,以提升CBCT的应用水平,保证口腔疾病患者的治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。
Implant denture is a method of repairing missing teeth.The continuous emergence of new imaging examination methods has been widely applied in clinical practice,improving the level of oral implant treatment and promoting the further development of missing tooth restoration technology.The application of cone bean CT(CBCT)is a leap forward in oral imaging examination,which is an advanced and popular imaging examination method at present.This method has the advantages of high resolution,little fake shadows and convenience to use.It can help clinicians to carry out preoperative evaluation work,formulate scientific treatment plans,simulate surgery and late repair,and ensure the effects of implant guide plate and postoperative reexamination and evaluation.In this way,the therapeutic effect of patients with oral diseases will be further improved to achieve the goal of improving the quality of life of patients.Therefore,this paper reviews the clinical application progress of CBCT in oral implant to study the imaging principle,application performance,anatomical position,bone density and auxiliary effect of CBCT,so as to improve the application level of CBCT,ensure the treatment effect of patients with oral diseases,improve the quality of life of patients.
