Experience of Professor Liu Wen’e in Treating Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

摘要盆腔炎性疾病后遗症是妇科常见的炎性疾病,常因盆腔炎性疾病失治、误治或疾病迁延不愈正气亏虚而成,主要表现为反复下腹痛、腰骶酸痛、阴道分泌物增多、肛门坠胀等,甚则导致异位妊娠、不孕。临床上具有病程长、反复发作的特点。刘文娥教授从事妇科门诊工作多年,对此类疾病的治疗经验极其丰富,认为此病属本虚标实之证,依据“久病多虚,久病多瘀”理论,治疗应当祛邪与扶正并重,以扶助正气、祛邪外出、化瘀止痛为治则,配合中药灌肠,内外同治;同时关注患者的情绪与生活方式调节,亦将“生物-心理-社会医学”模式灵活运用于临床治疗,疗效显著。笔者有幸能够跟随刘老师学习,通过整理和总结相关医案,收获颇丰。 Sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease is a common inflammatory disease in gynecology.It is often caused by the failure to treat,mistreat or delay of pelvic inflammatory disease.It is mainly manifested as repeated lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral soreness,increased vaginal secretions,anal swelling,etc.,and even leads to ectopic pregnancy and infertility.Clinically,it has the characteristics of long course of disease and repeated attacks.Professor Liu Wen'e has been engaged in gynecological outpatient work for many years,and has rich experience in the treatment of this kind of disease.Professor Liu believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency and excess.According to the theory of“chronic disease with more deficiency and chronic disease with more blood stasis”,the treatment should pay equal attention to dispelling evil spirits and restoring normal health.At the same time,Professor Liu pays attention to the adjustment of patients'emotions and lifestyle,and applies the“bio-psycho-social medicine”model flexibly in clinical treatment,which has a good effect.The author was fortunate to learn from Professor Liu,and gained a lot by sorting out and summarizing relevant medical records.
