摘要
目的 探讨脂蛋白相关磷脂酶(A2Lp-PLA2)在青年缺血性脑卒中的表达及意义。方法 选取2019年3月—2021年3月郑州颐和医院收治的102例青年脑梗死患者作为观察对象(观察组),另将同时段中收治的102例短暂性脑缺血发作患者作为对照组;对比两组对象血浆Lp-PLA2水平,分析脑梗死相关危险因素以及不同预后的脑梗死对象血浆Lp-PLA2水平情况。结果 观察组对象血浆Lp-PLA2水平为(249.54±78.34)ng/mL,显著高于对照组[(207.12±67.65)ng/m L],比对结果数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);回归分析提示血脂异常、高血压、高同型半胱氨酸血症以及Lp-PLA2均为导致脑梗死的高危因素,各项结果数据差异均呈现统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对象中轻度组血浆Lp-PLA2水平显著低于重度组,比对结果数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 青年缺血性脑卒中患者的血浆Lp-PLA水平较高,血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2是导致青年缺血性脑卒中的高危因素,与患者的发病、病情进展以及预后效果息息相关。
Objective To explore the expression and significance of LP-pla2 in group patients with ischemic stroke.Methods The total study period from March 2019 to March 2021 was selected,and 102 cases of young cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital during this period were selected as the observation subjects(observation group),and 102 cases of transient ischemic attack patients treated in the same period were selected as the control group.The plasma Lp-PLA2 levels of the two groups were compared to analyze the risk factors related to cerebral infarction and the plasma Lp-PLA2 levels of cerebral infarction patients with different prognosis.Results The level of plasma Lp-PLA2 in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference in comparison data was significant(P<0.001).Regression analysis indicated that dyslipidemia,hypertension,hyperhomocysteinemia and Lp-PLA2 were all high risk factors for cerebral infarction,and the data of each outcome showed significant statistical differences(P<0.05).The plasma Lp-PLA2 level in the mild group was significantly lower than that of the severe group,and the comparison data were significantly different(P<0.001).Conclusion Plasma LP-PLA level is higher in young patients with ischemic stroke.Plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 is a high risk factor for young patients with ischemic stroke,which is closely related to the onset,disease progression and prognosis of the patients.
