摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在无痛人工流产手术护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年11月在邹城市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心行无痛人工流产术的68例孕妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各34例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理,比较两组心理状态、人工流产综合征发生情况。结果干预后观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组人工流产综合征总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在无痛人工流产手术护理中的应用效果显著,可以调节心理状态,降低人工流产综合征发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of hum anistic nursing in nursing of painless induced abortion.Methods A total of 68 pregnant women who underwent painless induced abortion in Zoucheng Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from March 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given humanized nursing.The psychological state and the incidence of induced abortion syndrome were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of induced abortion syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of humanized nursing in painless induced abortion surgery nursing is significant,which can adjust the psychological state and reduce the incidence of induced abortion syndrome.
