摘要
互联电网中各区域分别编制检修计划的模式易影响区域间的新能源输送和备用互济,多区域一体化检修的需求愈发强烈。为此,设计了一种两级协调的输电网检修计划新模式。首先,各区域对中长期预测数据和机组成本信息进行整合上报;然后,上级调度基于各区域上报信息建立考虑新能源输送、负荷供应和备用互济的多区域联络线检修计划模型;最后,各区域基于上级调度的联络线检修计划结果进行区域内检修计划编制,并满足分区备用需求。通过IEEE 118节点算例分析以及某实际区域电网测试证明了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
In the interconnected power grid,the mode that each area makes maintenance plan is easy to affect the new energy transmission and reserve exchange between areas,and the demand for multi-regional integrated maintenance is increasingly strong.Therefore,a new mode of two-level coordination of transmission network maintenance plan is designed.Firstly,each area shall integrate the medium and long-term forecast data and unit cost information.Then,based on the information reported by each area,the superior dispatcher establishes a multi-areal tie-line maintenance plan model considering new energy transmission,load supply and reserve exchange.Finally,each area prepares its own maintenance schedule based on the tie-line maintenance plan by the superior dispatcher,meets the regional reserve requirements.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method have been demonstrated through example analysis.
