摘要
恶性肿瘤术后伤口愈合不良是临床难治病症。通过系统回顾托里消毒散的历史演变及真实世界临证案例的全程管理,分析托里消毒散的临证用药思路及特点。认为托里消毒散补虚托毒并行,适用于治疗痈疽已成,因气血不足不能助其托毒腐化之证,可使其速溃,令腐肉脱新肉生。因此在灵活辨病辨证的基础上,将托里消毒散应用于恶性肿瘤术后伤口愈合不良是方证对应,可获良效。
Impaired postoperative wound healing of malignant tumor is clinically refractory.The historical evolution of Tuoli Xiaodu Powder(托里消毒散)was systematically reviewed and a clinical case of the real world was fully recorded so as to analyze the medication and characteristics of Tuoli Xiaodu Powder.It is believed that Tuoli Xiaodu Powder could tonify deficiency and lift toxin,and is suitable for treating matured carbuncles failing to erupt due to insufficient qi and blood failing to lift toxin and decayed flesh.Tuoli Xiaodu Powder could cause the eruption immediately,lead to the erosion of decayed flesh and regeneration of flesh.Therefore,on the basis of flexible disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,the application of Tuoli Xiaodu Powder to impaired postoperative wound healing of malignant tumor indicates a correspondence of formula and syndrome,and there would be the satisfactory effect.
