摘要
本研究采用水热炭化法将农业废弃物黄竹竹粉、玉米秸秆、甘蔗渣和牛粪转化为高吸附性能的炭材料,并通过预处理提升其吸附性能,以有效处理印染废水。试验结果表明,黄竹竹粉炭、玉米秸秆炭、甘蔗渣炭、牛粪炭对罗丹明B的去除率分别为84.12%、65.45%、72.43%、70.12%,对亚甲基蓝的去除率分别为87.12%、66.80%、76.41%、72.30%。碱预处理后,生物炭的吸附性能显著提升,其对罗丹明B和亚甲基蓝的去除率分别可达88.01%、89.40%。
This study uses hydrothermal carbonization to convert agricultural waste such as bamboo powder,corn straw,bagasse and cow dung into high adsorption carbon materials,and improves their adsorption performance through pretreatment,so as to effectively treat printing and dyeing wastewater.The experiment results show that the removal rates of rhodamine B by bamboo powder charcoal,corn straw charcoal,bagasse charcoal and cow dung charcoal are 84.12%,65.45%,72.43% and 70.12% respectively,and the removal rates of methylene blue are 87.12%,66.80%,76.41% and 72.30% respectively.After alkali pretreatment,the adsorption performance of biochar is significantly improved,and the removal rates of rhodamine B and methylene blue are 88.01% and 89.40%,respectively.
