摘要
目前国内制备超纯水多采用“混凝+UF+RO+EDI”等处理工艺,原水一般是地表水或地下水,但是利用市政污水厂的再生水制备超纯水的研究和应用实属罕见。针对该地区再生水水质,建立了一套“臭氧均相氧化+RO+EDI”实验装置,其RO产水电导率<2.77μs/cm、EDI产水电阻率>18 MΩ·m,RO浓水和EDI极水可全部作为循环水场的补水。实验过程中有发现企业现有设备设施存在的缺陷,实验结果可用于指导将来工业化详细设计。
At present,domestic production of ultra-pure water mostly adopts treatment processes such as"Coagulation+UF+RO+EDI",and the raw water is generally surface water or groundwater.However,the research and application of using recycled water from municipal sewage plants to prepare ultrapure water are rare.A set of"ozone homogeneous oxidation+RO+EDI"experimental device has been established for the quality of recycled water in the region.The conductivity of RO produced water<2.77μs/cm,EDI water production resistivity>18MΩ·m,RO concentrated water and EDI polar water can all be used as supplementary water for the circulating water field.During the experiment,defects were found in the existing equipment and facilities of the enterprise,and the experimental results can be used to guide the detailed design of future industrialization.
