摘要
基于经济高质量发展内涵,以五大发展理念为指导原则构建区域经济高质量发展评价指标体系,利用全局主成分分析法对2010—2019年长江经济带11省市的经济高质量发展水平进行测度,并采用聚类分析的方法将其划分等级,探究创新成效及双向开放对长江经济带11省市经济高质量发展的影响。结果显示:长江经济带高质量发展总体水平逐年上升,呈现由东向西逐步推进态势,且存在东高西低的区域分布特征;创新成效、双向开放可以显著提高长江经济带11省市的经济高质量发展水平,两者的协同效应也可以促进经济高质量发展,呈现“1+1>2”的效果。
Based on the connotation of high quality economic development and the five concepts for development,an indicator system is set up to evaluate the high quality development of regional economy.The global Principle Component Analysis method is applied to measuring the high quality economic development levels of 11 YEB provinces and cities from 2010 to 2019.The cluster analysis method is used to divide them into different classes so as to explore the influence of innovation effectiveness and two-way opening up on the high quality development of the 11 YEB provinces and cities.The results are as follows:The general level of the high quality economic development in the YEB is rising year by year,carrying forward gradually from the east to the west,with high levels in the east and low ones in the west;innovation effectiveness and two-way opening up can evidently promote the high quality economic development levels of the 11 YEB provinces and cities,and the synergistic effect of the two factors can also boost the high quality economic development,showing the effect of“1+1>2”.
