摘要
目的:了解2017年—2020年肇庆市基本公共卫生服务项目慢性病健康管理服务实施现状。方法:采取多阶段分层随机抽样方法,开展肇庆市2017年—2020年慢性病健康管理服务情况绩效评价,对项目指标进行描述性分析。结果:2017年—2020年慢性病患者档案信息真实准确率逐年上升,4年间慢性病患者管理任务数完成率、规范管理率有所提升,血压血糖控制率比较稳定,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),管理任务数完成率未达到国家要求。结论:2017年—2020年我市慢性病健康管理服务工作处于成长上升稳定期,但存在管理任务数不高、管理不规范等问题,慢性病健康管理工作仍需加强。
Objective:To understand the implementation status of chronic disease health management services of basic public health services in Zhaoqing City from 2017 to 2020.Methods:The multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to evaluate the performance of health management services for chronic diseases in Zhaoqing City from 2017 to 2020,and the project indicators were analyzed descriptively.Results:From 2017 to 2020,the true accuracy rate of archives information of patients with chronic diseases increased year by year,the completion rate of management task number and standard management rate of patients with chronic diseases increased in 4 years,the blood pressure and blood glucose control rate was stable,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the completion rate of management task number did not meet the national requirements.Conclusion:From 2017 to 2020,the health management and service of chronic diseases in our city is in a steady period of growth,but there are some problems such as the number of management tasks is not high and the management is not standardized.The health management of chronic diseases still needs to be strengthened.
