摘要
目的探讨持续质量改进在三级防护下儿童静脉采血质量管理中的应用效果。方法选择我院发热门诊2020年4月至7月未实施持续质量改进的300例采血患儿为对照组,2020年8月至11月已实施持续质量改进的300例采血患儿为观察组。比较两组护理人员相关知识掌握情况、家长对采血工作的满意度、患儿一次穿刺成功率及标本合格率。结果观察组的护士采血能力自我评价评分及理论、操作考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对护士服务态度满意情况、对护士采血技术满意情况评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组一针穿刺总成功率及上肢浅静脉、颈外静脉一针穿刺成功率、标本合格率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进用于三级防护下儿童静脉采血质量管理中可提高护理人员相关知识掌握情况、家长对采血工作的满意度、患儿一次穿刺成功率及标本合格率,具有较高的临床推广和应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of continual quality improvement in quality management of venous blood collection in children under three level protection.Methods Three hundred children with blood collection who did not implement continual quality improvement in the fever clinic of our hospital from April to July 2020 were selected as control group,and 300 children with blood collection who had implemented continual quality improvement from August to November 2020 were selected as observation group.The mastery of relevant knowledge of nursing staff,parents'satisfaction with blood collection,success rate of one-needle puncture and qualified rate of specimens were compared between the two groups.Results The self-evaluation score for nurses'blood collection ability,theoretical and operational assessment scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of satisfaction with nurses'service attitude and satisfaction with nurses'blood collection technology in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total success rate of one-needle puncture,the success rates of one-needle puncture of upper limb superficial vein and external jugular vein,and the qualified rate of specimens in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continual quality improvement applied in quality management of venous blood in children under three level protection can improve the mastery of relevant knowledge of nursing staff,parents'satisfaction with blood collection,the success rate of one-needle puncture and the qualified rate of specimens.It has high clinical promotion and application value.
