混凝土强度缺陷下泵站主厂房结构抗震复核

摘要 某供水工程的新建泵站主厂房封闭圈墙体混凝土强度未达到设计要求,针对这种情况,采用振型分解反应谱法对该厂房结构的抗震安全进行了复核,计算中考虑了封闭圈墙体地震主动动土压力与整体结构地震作用效应的叠加。结果表明,由于泵站封闭圈墙体刚度大、配筋充足且钢筋强度等级高,在地震作用组合下,即使封闭圈墙体混凝土强度由C30降低到C20,主厂房框架柱顶部的位移以及墙体的截面承载力都能够满足要求,且对上部框架结构的荷载效应影响很小,不会对泵站主厂房结构的稳定造成影响。 The concrete strength of the enclosed foundation walls of the main house in a pumping station of a water supply project do not meet the design requirements.In view of this situation,the seismic structural safety of the main house is verified by the modal superposition response spectrum analysis.The superposition effect of loads obtained from the response spectrum analysis of the entire structure and that induced by the active earthquake soil pressure on foundation walls is considered in the calculation.The results show that,as the larger stiffness of enclosed foundation walls,sufficient reinforcement and higher reinforcement strength grade,the displacements at the top of frame columns and the load-bearing capacity of walls still satisfy the corresponding code requirements even if the concrete strength of foundation walls is downgraded from C30 to C20 under the combination of earthquake action,and the seismic load effects of the reinforced concrete frame above foundation walls are essentially unchanged,indicating that the structural safety of the main house under earthquake won t be affected.
