摘要
焊接技术是轨道交通装备生产制造中非常重要的一个环节。由于轨道交通装备通常都是大型结构件,其焊接的复杂程度和质量要求都是极高的。为了解决上述问题,开发了一套基于桁架结构和串联工业机械臂复合的面向大型结构件的智能焊接机器人系统。文中主要介绍面向大型结构件的智能焊接机器人系统的硬件组成,包括桁架机器人、6自由度机械臂、变位机和焊接系统等。此外,还重点介绍了智能焊接机器人的控制系统。最后介绍了面向大型结构件的智能焊接机器人系统的工作流程等。
Welding technology is a very important link in the manufacturing of rail transit equipment.Since rail transit equipment is usually a large structure,its welding complexity and quality requirements are extremely high.In order to solve the above problems,a set of intelligent welding robot system for large-scale structural parts based on the combination of truss structure and serial industrial manipulator is developed.This paper mainly introduces the hardware composition of the intelligent welding robot system for large-scale structural parts,including a truss robot,a 6-DOF robotic arm,a positioner,and a welding system.In addition,the control system of the intelligent welding robot is also introduced.Finally,this paper introduces the workflow of the intelligent welding robot system for large-scale structural parts.
