摘要
针对结构复杂且呈现薄壁特征的防爆球在注塑成型时极易造成困气和脱模时易变形的问题,基于CAE分析技术设计了一模八腔的点浇口三板式冷流道注塑模具。首先,基于CAE分析确定了防爆球的最佳浇口位置,在此基础上设计了其浇注系统和冷却系统,并应用CAE技术验证了其合理性;其次,为便于排气,解决薄壁防爆球在注塑时易产生困气导致欠注的问题,巧妙地设计了插拔式的动模型芯镶块和定模型芯镶块,利用镶块型芯固定板之间的配合间隙进行有效排气;由于产品壁薄且多隔板,在动模侧每颗防爆球上均匀布置4根圆顶针和4根扁口顶针,平稳顶出产品的同时减少了其变形量;而后,应用UG对复位机构和模具其他辅助机构进行了分析设计,完成了防爆球冷流道的注塑模具设计;最后,经试验验证,该模具结构合理,工作过程稳定可靠,可为具有薄壁特征的相似结构的产品冷流道注塑模具设计提供有益借鉴。
Aiming at the problems that the explosion suppression ball with complex structure and thin wall characteristics is easy to cause trapped gas in injection molding and easy to deform during demoulding,an eight-cavity point gate three-plate cold flow injection mold with one mold was designed based on CAE analysis technology.Firstly,the best gate location of the explosion suppression ball was determined based on CAE analysis.On this basis,the pouring system and cooling system were designed,and the rationality was verified by CAE technology.Secondly,in order to facilitate the exhaust and solve the problem that the thinwalled explosion suppression ball is prone to produce trapped gas during the injection process,a plug-in type moving model core insert and a fixed model core insert are cleverly designed,and the fit gap between the insert core fixed plates is used for effective exhaust.Because the product wall is thin and has many partitions,4 round thimbles and 4 flat thimbles are evenly arranged on each explosion suppression ball on the moving mold side,which can smoothly egress the product and reduce its deformation at the same time.Then,the application of UG to reset mechanism and mold other auxiliary mechanism for analysis and design,the completion of the explosion suppression ball cold flow injection mold design.Finally,the experiment proves that the structure of the mold is reasonable and the working process is stable and reliable,which can provide useful reference for the design of the cold runner injection mold of products with similar structure with thin-wall characteristics.
