摘要
为了开发一种环境友好,具有良好抗菌、抗病毒、防霉性能的空气过滤网,将单原子铜抗菌剂分别与聚丙烯(PP)通过双螺杆挤出机制备抗菌材料母料后,再将单原子铜抗菌母料与PP切片共混后进行纺丝;研究了抗菌剂对PP抗菌纤维的力学性能、热学性能的影响,分析了抗菌纤维的形貌,并对抗菌材料的抗菌抗病毒活性和防霉性能做了评估。结果表明:单原子铜抗菌剂的添加,提高了纤维的热稳定性,材料的热分解温度提高了53.74℃,同时对材料力学性能影响很小,且具有良好的抗菌抗病毒活性;在单原子铜抗菌剂添加量在1.5%时,对大肠杆菌抗菌效率达到99.8%,对金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌效率达到97.2%,抗病毒活性率达到96.7%,防霉达到0级,具有良好的抗菌抗病毒和防霉特性,研究结果为单原子铜材料在抗菌抗病毒材料的广泛应用提供一定的依据。
In order to endow air filter with good antibacterial,antiviral,good anti-mold performance,the single copper atoms antibacterial agent were mixed with polypropylene(PP)using a twin screw extruder to produce an antibaterial mastbatch,and then the mastbatch was blended with PP slices to create a fiber.The effect of antibacterial agent on mechanical,thermal,antibacterial properties,morphology of PP antibacterial fiber was studied.The results show that the addition of monatomic copper antibacterial agent improve the thermal stability of the fiber,the thermal decomposition stability of the material increased by 53.74℃,and has little effect on the mechanical properties of the material.When the mass fraction of single copper atoms agent is 1.5%,PP antibacterial fibers exhibit the antibacterial rate of 99.8%and 97.2%for escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus respectively,as well as antiviral activity rate reach 96.7%,PP antibacterial fiber also reach a mildewproof grade of 0.This indicate that the single copper atoms agent can impart excellent antibacterial properties to the fibers.The results provide a basis for the wide application of single copper atoms agent in antibacterial and antiviral materials.
