摘要
党建工作高质量发展是公立医院贯彻落实新时代党的建设总要求的具体任务,也是新发展阶段公立医院改革发展的必然选择。当前,公立医院党建工作存在“重制度轻机制”“重业务轻党建”“重形式轻实效”“重考核轻结果”的实践误区。对此,公立医院党建工作要以政治建设为根本,强化“三个融合”,建设高素质专业化党务干部队伍,创新党建工作绩效考核评价机制,进一步压实党建工作责任,实现从高速发展到高质量发展的转变。
The high-quality development of party building is a specific task for public hospitals to implement the overall requirements of party building in the new era,and it is also an inevitable choice for the reform and development of public hospitals in the new development stage.At present,there are some practical misconceptions in the party building of public hospitals,including"emphasizing the systems and ignoring the mechanisms","emphasizing the business and ignoring the party building","emphasizing the forms and ignoring the effectiveness",and"emphasizing the assessments and ignoring the results".Therefore,the party building in public hospitals should be based on political construction,strengthen the"three integrations",build a high-quality and professional party affairs team,innovate the performance evaluation mechanism of party building,further consolidate the responsibility of party building,and achieve a transformation from high-speed development to high-quality development.
