相对于卡塞尔而言,柏林似乎在地理、政治、军事、经济、人口数量和世界知名度等各个方面,占尽了优势。然而艺术似乎是一个特例,它的滋长和兴旺发达有时候就是一个传奇。好比德国,如果要论及最负盛名的艺术盛事,那么每五年举办一次的卡塞尔文献展,无论如何都必然位居第一。
On March 20.2008,the 5th Berlin hiennial for contemporary art,entitled When things cast no shadow opens the first of five alternating,artist-curated solo shows at the Schinkei Pavillon.The first exhihition will feature wrorks of Swiss-bornand Paris-hased designer Janette Larerriere,selected and presented in collaboration with artist Nairy Baghramian.
