摘要
目的探讨个性化围手术期护理应用于超声乳化吸除术+人工晶体植入术治疗老年白内障患者的效果。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月莆田市第一医院收治的101例老年白内障患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(51例),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予围手术期个性化护理干预,观察两组视力恢复情况、心理状态、角膜内皮细胞及并发症发生率。结果观察组裸眼远视力、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)高于对照组,简版心理健康连续体量表(MHC-SF)各维度评分均高于对照组,内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞比例高于对照组,角膜内皮细胞变异系数、中央角膜厚度低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年白内障超声乳化吸除术+人工晶体植入术患者实施个性化围手术期护理,可有效改善不良心理状态,减少角膜内皮细胞损伤,降低并发症发生率,促进视力恢复。
Objective The effect of personalized perioperative nursing applied to phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of elderly cataract patients was discussed.Methods A total of 101 elderly cataract patients admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(50 cases)and an observation group(51 cases)according to the method of a random number table.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given perioperative personalized nursing intervention.The visual recovery,psychological status,corneal endothelial cells,and the incidence of complications in the two groups were observed.Results The distance vision and best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of each dimension of the simplified MHC-SF were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The density of endothelial cells and the proportion of hexagonal cells in the control group were higher than those in the control group,while the coefficient of variation of corneal endothelial cells and central corneal thickness were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications was lower in the control group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized perioperative nursing for elderly cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation can effectively improve their psychological state,reduce corneal endothelial cell damage,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote visual recovery.
