摘要
学术期刊集群能有效帮助学术期刊提高出版效率,共享资源。价值是驱动学术期刊集群发展的一条隐含主线,分析学术期刊集群价值共创的运行体系和思路,提炼出有效的运行机制。建构一套包含期刊编辑部、科研人员、数据平台和其他利益相关者等多层次主体形成的学术期刊集群体系,探析学术期刊集群发展的内在机制,有助于引导学术期刊集群主体形成价值协同,提供集群效率,建立良好的学术生态。
Academic journal clusters can effectively help academic journals improve publishing efficiency and share resources.Value is an implicit mainline driving the development of academic journal clusters.Based on demonstrating the necessity and feasibility of value co creation in academic journal clusters,this paper analyzes the operational system and ideas of value co creation in academic joumal clusters,and extracts effective operational mechanisms.Constructing an academic journal cluster system consisting of multi-level entities such as journal editorial departments,researchers,data platforms,and other stakeholders,and exploring the internal mechanism of the development of academic journal clusters,can help guide the formation of value synergy among academic journal cluster entities,provide cluster efficiency,and establish a good academic ecology.
