摘要
民族传统体育是我国的国粹,在国家大力发展民族自信以及文化自信的大好背景下,将民族传统体育融入高校公共体育当中有着积极的实践价值。为了增强高校公共体育对民族传统的传承力度,使得民族传统体育在高校公共体育中的价值得以彰显。该文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,探讨了民族传统体育融入高校公共体育的价值,了解民族传统体育融入高校公共体育的问题,提出了民族传统体育融入高校公共体育的实施策略,旨在提升民族传统体育在高校公共体育中的融入价值,全面促进民族传统体育的传承,全面提升高校公共体育教学质量。
National tradition sports are the quintessence of Chinese culture.Under the great background of national efforts to develop national confidence and cultural confidence,it is of positive implementation value to integrate traditional ethnic sports into college public physical education.In order to enhance the inheritance of college public physical education to national tradition,so that the value of traditional ethnic sports in college public physical education can be highlighted,this article adopts the literature method,logic analysis method and other research methods to first discuss the value of integrating ethnic traditional sports into college public physical education,and puts forward the implementation strategy of integrating ethnic traditional sports into college public physical education on the basis of understanding the problems of integrating ethnic traditional sports into college public physical education,aiming to ensure the improvement of the integrated value of ethnic traditional sports in college public physical education,comprehensively promote the inheritance of ethnic traditional sports,and comprehensively improve the teaching quality of public physical education in colleges and universities.
