摘要
金融科技是一个新兴亮眼且蓬勃发展的行业。新加坡政府推出的系统、高效的金融科技战略和政策体系,实现了新加坡金融基础和科技创新优势的有效融合,推动新加坡从资本、人才、技术到市场的金融科技生态系统逐渐走向成熟,进一步巩固了其作为国际金融中心的地位和功能。上海在建设全球卓越城市的过程中,需要借鉴新加坡经验,加强金融科技顶层设计和统筹规划,激发科技创新活力,践行上海路径。
FinTech is an emerging and flourishing industry.The systematic and efficient FinTech strategies and policy systems launched by the Singapore government have realized the effective integration of its advantages of financial foundation and technological innovation,promoted the gradual maturity of FinTech ecosystem,covering from capital,talent,technology to market.This further enhanced the position and function of Singapore as an international financial center.In the process of building a global city of excellence,Shanghai is supposed to learn from Singapore's successful experience,strengthen the top-level design and overall planning of FinTech promotion,stimulate the vitality of scientific and technological innovation,and then walk Shanghai path.
