摘要
近年来,为有效利用农村集体建设用地实现乡村振兴,国家层面对农村住房建房审批的要求愈加以规划为导向。使用信息化技术手段提升审批工作效率、推动国土空间规划的实施监督,是当前实现全面生态空间治理的重点应用方向。因此,该文通过分析农村住房审批管理需求,设计基于WebGIS(网络地理信息系统)的省级统建的农村住房审批监管系统,从而实现行政许可审批工作和监管工作的数字化、规范化。
In recent years,in order to make effective use of rural collective construction land to achieve rural revitalization,the national level of rural housing construction approval requirements are more and more planning-oriented.The use of information technology to improve the efficiency of examination and approval and promote the implementation and supervision of territorial space planning is the current key application direction to achieve comprehensive eco-spatial governance.Therefore,by analyzing the needs of rural housing examination and approval management,this paper designs a provincial-level rural housing examination and approval supervision system based on WebGIS,so as to realize the digitalization and standardization of administrative license examination and approval and supervision.
