炼油厂重污油的脱盐脱水组合净化工艺 被引量:1

Combined process of desalination and dehydration for purifying heavy sump oil from refinery

摘要 针对中国石化某公司提供的3种不同性质的炼油厂重污油,利用现有的原油电脱盐技术,考察了系列组合脱盐脱水工艺试验下的污油净化处理效果,使处理后的污油满足掺炼于常减压装置的加工要求,即掺炼污油含盐(NaCl)质量浓度小于5 mg/L,含水质量分数小于0.3%。结果表明:对于盐、油泥含量不高而水含量较高的G 804/805类重污油,应直接采用90℃下的静电聚结脱盐脱水工艺,净化处理后的污油含盐质量浓度可小于2 mg/L,含水质量分数低于0.03%;对于水、油泥含量低而含盐量较高的G 103类重污油,应采用注水量为5%条件下的三级电脱盐净化工艺,净化处理后的污油含盐质量浓度可小于5 mg/L,含水质量分数小于0.03%;对于盐、水、油泥含量均超高的G 705类重污油,应采用“离心预处理+两级电脱盐”组合净化工艺,净化处理后的污油含盐质量浓度可小于5 mg/L,含水质量分数小于0.15%。 Based on the existing electric desalting technology for crude oil,3 types of refinery heavy sump oil with different properties provided by a company of SINOPEC were investigated for their treatment effect under a series of combined desalination and dehydration process tests,which made the treated sump oil to meet the processing requirements of atmospheric and vacuum blending with the salt mass concentration(NaCl)of sump oil of less than 5 mg/L,and the water mass fraction of less than 0.3%.The results showed that the electrostatic coalescence technology could be directly used for desalination and dehydration at 90℃for the sump oil G 804/805 with low salt,sludge content and high water content.After purification,the salt mass concentration of sewage was less than 2 mg/L,and the water mass fraction was less than 0.03%.For the sump oil G 103 with low water,sludge content and high salt content,the three-stage electric desalination technology under the condition of 5%water injection should be adopted.After purification,the salt mass concentration of sewage was less than 5 mg/L,and the water mass fraction was less than 0.03%.For the sump oil G 705 with ultra-high salt,water and sludge content,the combined purification process technology of"centrifugal pretreatment+two-stage electric desalting"should be adopted.After purification,the salt content of sewage was less than 5 mg/L,and the water mass fraction was less than 0.15%.
