摘要
随着油田开发的深入,大斜度井和低液量井持续增多,机采系统节能降耗的需求逐渐突出。同时,在非常规油气藏勘探开发技术的进步下,致密油、页岩油等已成为国内原油稳产上产的重要增长极,“大平台水平井、多层系立体开发”的新模式、“降低投资、提高效益、安全环保”等高质量发展的新要求,给人工举升方式提出了“安全可控、高效智能”等方面的新挑战。针对抽油机应用中的问题,介绍了无杆举升技术的类型和应用场景、国内外相关技术研究进展和国内应用案例,证明无杆举升彻底消除了杆管偏磨,提升了人工举升设备的地面安全环保系数及智能化水平,为大斜度、低液量井安全可控高效智能采油提供了有效的解决方案。最后指出,无杆举升主体技术及配套工艺日趋成熟,已经具备了大规模推广应用的基础,国内多家油田已先后建立无杆举升示范区,整体展现出了良好的应用前景。
With the development of oil fields,the number of low-liquid wells continues to increase,and the demand of energy saving in mechanical production system is gradually prominent.In addition,with the progress of unconventional resource and development technology,tight oil and shale oil have become important growth poles of oil production in China.The development mode consists of horizontal well,large platform and multi-layer development,and the requirements of high-quality development including investment reduction,efficiency improvement,safety and environmental protection,present a new challenge including safety,controllability,high efficiency and intelligency to the artificial lifting technology.Aiming at the defects of pumping units,the types,application scenarios,research progress and application cases of rodless lift technology in China and abroad was induced in this paper and the advantages of rodless lift were proved including completely eliminating rod-tube eccentric wear,improving the surface safety,environmental protection coefficient and intelligence level of artificial lifting equipment,which provides an effective solution for safe-controllable-efficient-intelligent oil production in high inclination or low-liquid wells.Finally,it is pointed out that the major and matching technology of rodless lifting are increasingly mature and have the basis of large-scale popularization and application.Several rodless artificial lift demonstration areas have been established in numbers of oil fields in China,which shows a good application prospect of rodless lift technology.
