思维导图辅助传统教学在口腔颌面外科住培医师中的应用 被引量:4

Application of Mind Mapping Assisted Traditional Teaching in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

摘要 目的探索思维导图联合传统教学在口腔颌面外科住院医师规范化培训中对临床思维能力的应用与教学效果评价。方法选择2020年11月—2021年9月在南昌大学第二附属医院口腔颌面外科轮转的住培学员作为教学对象。随机分为对照组与试验组,每组各15名。对照组采用传统教学模式,教师选择临床常见疾病作为授课内容,包括疾病病因、诊断、治疗方法等多方面的授课讲解。试验组采用思维导图结合传统教学模式,学员在传统教学课后独立制作思维导图进行学习。轮转结束前1周对所有学员进行临床思维能力考核与教学效果评价。结果在临床思维能力考核中,对照组平均成绩(70.40±1.47)分,试验组平均成绩(79.87±2.01)分,试验组成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学效果评价上,试验组学员在提高知识掌握程度、增进临床思维能力和提高临床实践效率方面有更高的评价,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图可以作为一种训练临床思维能力有效辅助手段。相较于单一的传统教学模式,其在锻炼临床思维能力方面具有明显的优势。 Objective To explore the application of mind map combined with traditional teaching in the standardized training of oral and maxillofacial surgery residents on clinical thinking ability and the evaluation of teaching effect.Methods From November 2020 to September 2021,the trainees in the oral and maxillofacial surgery rotation in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the teaching objects.According to the requirements of voluntary participation and informed consent,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 15 students in each group.In the control group,the traditional teaching mode was adopted,and the teachers selected common clinical diseases as the teaching content,including teaching explanations on the etiology,diagnosis,and treatment methods of diseases.The experimental group adopted the mind map combined with the traditional teaching mode,and students independently made mind maps for learning after the traditional teaching class.One week before the end of the rotation,all the students were evaluated for clinical thinking ability and teaching effect.Results In the assessment of clinical thinking ability,the average score of the control group was(70.40±1.47)points,and the average score of the experimental group was(79.87±2.01)points.The performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of teaching effectiveness evaluation,the experimental group of students had a higher evaluation in improving their knowledge mastery,clinical thinking ability,and clinical practice efficiency,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind map can be used as an effective auxiliary means to train clinical thinking ability.Compared with a single traditional teaching mode,it has obvious advantages in exercising clinical thinking ability.
