水质氨氮检测的影响因素及其在卫生监督中的应用

摘要 目的对水杨酸分光光度法检测水质氨氮的结果进行研究和分析,同时针对检测结果的相关影响因素进行分析,从而为卫生监督监测及改善水质方面提供参考依据。方法自2022年7—12月应用水杨酸分光光度检测法对武夷山市乡镇山涧水及污水进行水质氨氮检测,分析不同氨氮浓度吸光度测定结果、不同地域山涧水氨氮检测结果,对检测准确度、精密度试验结果和加标回收试验结果进行分析。结果氨氮质量为0~1.000 mg/L时与吸光度线性关系良好,标准曲线相关系数具有较高的精确性,且线性方程截距较小,变量之间具有较高的线性相关程度。氨氮标准样品和实际水样测定值均具有较小的相对误差和相对标准偏差且未超出标准要求范围,表明水杨酸钠分光光度法在水质氨氮检测中具有较高的准确度与精密度。加标回收试验结果表明平均回收率为98.0%。不同地域山涧水氨氮检测结果存在较大差异。结论水杨酸分光光度法在水质氨氮中的检测准确度较高,且操作简单,安全环保,可用此法对基层卫生监督监测水样进行分析并提供改善水质的相关意见或建议。 Objective To study and analyze the results of the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water by salicylic acid spectrophotometry,and analyze the relevant influencing factors of the detection results.So as to provide reference for health monitoring and improving water quality.Methods From July to December 2022,salicylic acid spectrophotometry was used to detect the ammonia nitrogen in water quality of mountain streams and sewage in villages and towns of Wuyishan city,analyze the absorbance measurement results of different ammonia nitrogen concentrations,and the ammonia nitrogen detection results of mountain streams in different regions,and analyze the detection accuracy,precision test results and spiked recovery test results.Results When the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen is between 0-1.000 mg/L,there is a good linear relationship with the absorbance,the correlation coefficient of the standard curve has a high accuracy,and the intercept of the linear equation is small,and the variables have a high degree of linear correlation.There are great differences in the detection results of ammonia nitrogen in groundwater in different regions.The relative error and the relative standard deviation of the measured value of the ammonia nitrogen standard sample and the actual water sample did not exceed the range of the standard requirements.It can be seen that the detection accuracy and precision of the sodium salicylate spectrophotometry in the water quality ammonia nitrogen are high.The results of the spiked recovery test showed that the average recovery rate was 98.0%.The results of ammonia nitrogen detection in mountain stream water in different regions are different.Conclusion Salicylic acid spectrophotometry has high accuracy in the detection of ammonia nitrogen in water quality,simple operation,safety and environmental protection.This method can be used to analyze the water samples of primary health supervision and monitoring and provide relevant opinions or suggestions for improving water qualit.
