摘要
随着人民生活水平的提高,消费者对生鲜农产品的安全意识也在不断增强。基地作为订单农业生产主体,从生产源头保证生鲜农产品的质量安全有义不容辞的责任。文章从农产品供应链生产端角度出发,通过研究基地在实现直供生鲜农产品过程中所遇到的问题,总结其特点,结合生鲜农产品供应链模式进行探讨,提出基地直供生鲜农产品供应链稳定性对策,以供参考。
With the improvement of people's living standard,consumers safety awareness of fresh agricultural product is also increasingly strengthened.As the main producer of contract farming,the base is definitely responsible for quality and safety of fresh agricultural product from production origin.From the perspective of production side in agricultural product supply chain,this paper probed into problems that the base found in the process of direct supplying fresh agricultural product,summarized its characteristics,and discussed fresh agricultural product supply chain mode,so as to put forward countermeasures to strenthen supply chain stability of the base's direct supply of fresh agricultural product for reference.
