摘要 机电展品是科技馆展教工程的重要组成部分。但机电展品存在内容科学性不严谨、表现趣味性不足、安全可靠性差、操作过于复杂及耐用性差等问题,影响着科技馆展教工程的展示效果。为此,结合实际,从展品设计、制造、安装调试、预验收、试运行、正式验收及保修期等七方面入手,探讨机电展品在形成过程中,如何采取有效措施,做好质量控制。 Electromechanical exhibits are an important component of the exhibition and teaching of the Science and Technology Museum.However,there are plenty of problems in electromechanical exhibits like imprecise scientific contents,insufficient interest in performance,poor safety and reliability,too complicated operation and poor durability,which affect the demonstration effect of the exhibition and teaching of the Science and Technology Museum.To this end,this paper discusses how to take effective measures to control the quality of electromechanical exhibits in the process of formation from 7 aspects,i.e.design,manufacture,installation and commissioning,pre-acceptance,trial operation,formal acceptance and warranty period,according to the practical situations.
