摘要
为满足商用车除霜性能要求,缩短开发时间,采用CFD分析方法对某商用车除霜风道进行仿真优化。首先通过稳态分析优化设计阶段的除霜风道压损、风口风量分配、前挡与侧窗视野区域风速覆盖率等性能指标,使其满足目标要求;其次加载除霜出风的温升曲线,开展除霜瞬态分析来预估除霜效果;最后通过实际样车进行优化后的风道除霜验证试验。结果表明,除霜性能满足目标要求,CFD虚拟验证可以降低研发成本,提升开发效率。
In order to meet the defrosting performance requirements of commercial vehicles and shorten the development time,CFD analysis method is used to optimize the defrosting duct for a commercial vehicle.Firstly,some performances should meet the design goals through steady state analysis during design stage,including the pressure loss of defrosting duct,air volume distribution of air outlet,wind speed coverage in the view of front and side windows field;and then transient analysis is used to predict the defrosting effect by loading temperature rise curve at the air outlet;finally,the optimized air duct defrost verification test is conducted through the actual sample vehicle.The results show that the defrosting performance meets the target requirements,and the CFD virtual verification can reduce the research and development cost and improve the development efficiency.
