摘要
增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)生产过程中会产生固体废物,如果不经处理直接排放会造成空气污染,而对其进行焚烧处理则会生成颗粒物、挥发性有机物。为了使燃烧烟气达到排放标准,通过调节管式炉的升温速率与压缩空气流量,净化DOP固废燃烧烟气。研究了DOP生产固废在不同燃烧条件下的燃烧特性,结果表明,随着燃烧时间的增加,烟气中的O 2、NO及CO浓度均发生了明显变化,升温速率与空气流量会对烟气中的CO浓度产生影响。分析活性炭对DOP固废燃烧烟气的净化作用表明,活性炭的吸附作用可有效降低烟气中颗粒物与挥发性有机物的浓度,净化DOP固废燃烧烟气,是一种成本较低且实用性强的方法。
Solid waste produced in the production of plasticizer dioctyl phthalate(DOP)will generate particulate matter.If the waste gas is discharged directly without treatment,it will cause air pollution.After incineration disposal,particulate matter and volatile organic compound will be produced.In order to make the combustion flue gas meet the emission standard,the DOP solid waste combustion flue gas is purified by adjusting the temperature rise rate of tubular furnace and the compressed air flow rate.The combustion characteristics of solid waste produced by DOP under different combustion conditions are studied.The results show that the concentrations of O 2,NO and CO in flue gas change obviously with the increase of combustion time.The rate of heating and air flow also affect the concentration of CO in the flue gas.The study explores the purification effect of activated carbon on DOP solid waste combustion flue gas.The adsorption of activated carbon can effectively reduce the concentration of particulate matter and volatile organic matter in the flue gas,and purify the DOP solid waste combustion flue gas.It is the low cost and practical method.
