摘要
标准数字化是推动标准化工作向数字化转型的关键着力点。文中从存量标准数字化转换、标准智能化起草、标准数字化托管和人才智力储备四个方面阐述了标准数字化对传统标准化服务业形成的挑战,并据此从服务供给方面为标准服务机构提出对策建议,旨在为标准化服务业适应标准数字化转型提供参考。
The standard digitization is the critical point for driving standardization to digitization.This paper expounds the challenges posed by standard digitization to traditional standardization service industry from these four aspects:digital transformation of stock standards,intelligent drafting of standards,digital deposit for standards and intellectual reserves,and offers countermeasures and suggestions for standard service institutions from the perspective of service supply.The aim is to providing reference for standardization service industry to adapt to the digitization transition of standards.
