摘要
随着社会的不断发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对于食品的要求越来越高。食品行业也逐渐地形成了一种食品文化,通过不断提高菜肴的色、香、味等来提升菜肴的整体品质,带给食客更加极致的食用体验。雕塑是提升食品品质的方式之一,通过食品雕塑能够使得菜肴更加具有艺术感,从而以此来获取更多食客的芳心。本文将通过食品雕塑的艺术特色、表现形式、基本需求和艺术价值等几个方面的内容对其进行具体的研究分析。
With the continuous development of the society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people’s requirements for food are getting higher and higher.Food industry also gradually formed a kind of food culture,by constantly improving the dishes of color,aroma,taste to improve the overall quality of dishes,bring diners more extreme edible experience.Sculpture is one of the ways to improve the quality of food,through food sculpture can make dishes more artistic,so as to get more diners heart.This paper will analyze the contents of food sculpture by terms of art,form of expression,basic demand and artistic value.
