摘要
在单线铁路长大隧道施工中,由于传统的风机安放在隧道洞口处,导致送风距离较大。其次单线铁路隧道内空间较小,洞内爆破、机械设备运转、焊接作业等,会产生大量有毒有害气体。如果隧道内通风效果不好,隧道内的有毒有害气体不能及时有效地排出,会对洞内施工作业人员的工作效率和身心健康产生较大的影响。本文结合玉磨铁路巴罗二号隧道斜井工区洞内通风设计施工情况,分析研究风箱风机接力在单线长大铁路隧道施工中的应用,希望为以后类似的隧道通风施工提供参考。
In the construction of long tunnels on single track railways,traditional fans were placed at the tunnel entrance,resulting in a large air supply distance.Then the space inside a single track railway tunnel was relatively small,and blasting,mechanical equipment operation,welding operations,inside the tunnel can generate a large amount of toxic and harmful gases.If the ventilation effect inside the tunnel was not good,the toxic and harmful gases inside the tunnel cannot be effectively discharged in a timely manner,which will have a significant impact on the work efficiency and physical and mental health of the construction workers inside the tunnel.This article combines the ventilation design and construction situation in the inclined shaft work area of the Barro No.2 Tunnel on the Yumo Railway,analyzes and studies the application of bellows fan relay in the construction of single track long railway tunnels,hoping to provide reference for similar tunnel ventilation construction in the future.
